The Management PhD Program project will be familiar in partnership with the HPA and a number of hospitals. It was an obligation of C. diff for all hospitals in England since 2004. This comprehensive monitoring system is administered by the parameters of the HPA and the available data, the mathematical model. The work provides an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and use advanced epidemiological methods and policy development in this top-level domain.
This Management PhD Program thesis is both at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the National Center we infectious disease surveillance at the HPA in the north of London.
Eligibility: The price is for 3 years and includes full-time fees and a stipend of more than £ 16,000 per year. The price is only for nationals of the United Kingdom or the EU. The thesis is supported by the Hospital Infection Society. Applicants must have (or are about) a relevant Master's degree. These have an undergraduate degree may be considered if extensive experience in research in a relevant field (mathematical modeling, statistics or a related discipline with a strong quantitative component) have.
